"You visit the earth and water it, you greatly enrich it; the river of God is full of water; you provide their grain, for so you have prepared it." - Psalm 65:9
Notice the intentionality in these words. God doesn't just glance at your situation; He visits with purpose. He comes to water what has been dry, to enrich what has been lacking, and to prepare what has been barren. This divine visitation isn't random or occasional.
