Today, let's explore the profound truth that God calls things into existence that don't yet appear in our natural realm. This isn't merely about positive thinking; it's about understanding our divine nature as image-bearers of God and learning to operate in the same creative power that spoke the universe into being.
The Divine Pattern of Creation
God has established a pattern throughout Scripture that reveals His nature and methodology. When He promised Abraham that he would become the father of many nations, Abraham had no children and was advanced in age. Yet God didn't speak about what might happen, He declared what already existed in the spiritual realm.
"As it is written: 'I have made you a father of many nations.' He is our father in the sight of God, in whom he believed, the God who gives life to the dead and calls into being that which does not exist." - Romans 4:17
This verse reveals something extraordinary about God's character. He doesn't just hope for the best or work with existing circumstances. He calls forth realities that haven't yet manifested in the physical world. When God changed Abram's name to Abraham, every time someone called his name, they were declaring "father of multitude" over a man who was childless.
Your Divine Calling and Anointing
Just as God called Abraham and even Cyrus the Great before they were born, He has called you for a specific purpose. The prophet Isaiah records God's words about Cyrus centuries before this king was even born:
"This is what the Lord says to his anointed, to Cyrus, whose right hand I take hold of to subdue nations before him and to strip kings of their armor, to open doors before him so that gates will not be shut." - Isaiah 45:1
Notice that God calls Cyrus "his anointed." The anointing represents access to the spiritual realm, divine favor that enables you to accomplish what was previously impossible. When you receive God's anointing, you gain access to things you couldn't achieve in your own strength. Abraham couldn't become the father of many nations in his natural ability, but with God's anointing, the impossible became inevitable.
Through Christ, every believer receives this same anointing. You now have access to spiritual resources and divine backing for the calling on your life. The anointing means God has taken hold of your hand to accomplish His purposes through you. Whatever comes against you can be overcome because you operate with divine authority.
Doors That Cannot Be Closed
When you understand your anointed position, you can declare with confidence that you have open doors before you and gates that will not be closed. Whether you're applying for a job, waiting for a breakthrough, or seeking God's direction, there will be no closed doors in Jesus' name. Every door will be an open door for you.
This isn't wishful thinking, it's the reality of your anointed status. God has already grasped your right hand and positioned you to subdue every obstacle. You can substitute anything that comes against you with God's victory. The same power that worked through Cyrus to accomplish God's purposes is available to you today.
You have been anointed to do what you couldn't do previously, this is your divine upgrade.
The anointing transforms your capacity and opens realms of possibility that were previously inaccessible. What seemed impossible yesterday becomes achievable today because you're no longer operating in human strength alone, but in divine partnership with the Creator of the universe.
God Goes Before You
When God calls you to something, He doesn't send you alone. He promises to prepare the way and remove every obstacle:
"I will go before you and will level the mountains; I will break down gates of bronze and cut through bars of iron." - Isaiah 45:2
Whatever mountains you're facing today, whether in your health, relationships, finances, or calling, God is already working ahead of you. Those bronze doors that seem impossible to break through, those iron bars that appear unbreakable, are no match for the God who goes before you.
God is already leveling every obstacle and preparing your path to victory.
Reclaiming Hidden Treasures
Here's where it gets exciting. God promises to reveal treasures that have been hidden:
"I will give you hidden treasures, riches stored in secret places, so that you may know that I am the Lord, the God of Israel, who summons you by name." - Isaiah 45:3
These hidden treasures aren't necessarily material wealth, though they can include that. They represent everything that rightfully belongs to you as God's child but has been stolen, hidden, or perverted by the enemy. Your inheritance includes healing, peace, prosperity, divine relationships, and breakthrough in every area of life.
The treasures of darkness refer to the good things that have been concealed from you, blessings, opportunities, revelations, and breakthroughs that are waiting to be uncovered. God is saying He will restore what was originally part of your divine inheritance.
Operating in God's Creative Nature
Since we are made in God's image and likeness, we can operate in the same creative principle. Just as God calls things that don't exist into being, we can speak forth the realities that God has promised us. This isn't presumption, it's partnering with God's established method of bringing His kingdom to earth.
When you call forth healing, you're not creating something new; you're calling forth what already belongs to you through Christ's finished work. When you declare prosperity, you're not being greedy; you're claiming your inheritance as a child of the King.
Conclusion
Today, recognize that you are anointed and called by name. God knows you intimately and has prepared treasures specifically for you. He goes before you, removing obstacles and opening doors that no one can shut. Your part is to believe His promises and call forth the realities He has already established for you in the spiritual realm.
Don't be discouraged if you can't see these things yet in the natural. God specializes in calling forth things that don't appear to exist. Trust His timing, believe His word, and continue to declare His promises over your life.

I receive the wealth waiting in secret places and trust that You will reveal what belongs to me as Your child. Thank You for making me a co-creator with You, able to call forth Your kingdom realities on earth. In Jesus' name, Amen.
