Now is the time to activate divine joy and speak to our mountains

In the depths of life's challenges, there exists a divine truth that can transform your entire perspective: the joy of the Lord is your strength. This isn't merely a comforting phrase, it's a spiritual reality that requires your active participation. When you understand that joy must be activated within you, you unlock a source of power that sustains you through every season.


The Power of Focusing on God's Promises

"So he asked Pharaoh's officials who were in custody with him in his master's house, 'Why are your faces so sad today?'"— Genesis 40:7

This question echoes through time from Joseph's story to our present circumstances. Even when surrounded by prison walls, Joseph chose to focus not on his problems but on the One who gave him dreams and promises. While others magnify their problems, you're called to magnify God's promises.

Under Joseph's care, even in prison, he wanted everyone to be happy and healthy. Similarly, Jesus wants you to be joyful, not sad. Being sad is not biblical, there's no reason for any believer to remain in anxiety or worry. It's time to repent, to change the way you think, especially if you're worried about small things.


Rejoice in the Lord Always

"Rejoice in the Lord always. I will say it again: Rejoice!"— Philippians 4:4

This command from Philippians isn't a suggestion—it's a divine instruction that includes the word "always." When walking through the darkest valley, when facing your greatest challenges, when fear threatens to overwhelm you—these are precisely the moments when you must rejoice.

When fear comes, faith cannot operate. Remember how Saul and all the Israelites were dismayed and terrified by Goliath's words?

"On hearing the Philistine's words, Saul and all the Israelites were dismayed and terrified."— 1 Samuel 17:11

The enemy always comes with words, which is why what you listen to matters. You can't say you'll listen to all kinds of messages or news—especially fake news that terrifies you. What you listen to matters, where you listen from matters, who you listen to matters, and when you listen matters.


Now Is the Time to Activate Joy

"Now David was the son of an Ephrathite named Jesse, who was from Bethlehem in Judah."— 1 Samuel 17:12

When everything looked terrible and problematic, the Bible introduces David with these words. When David entered the scene, things started to change because he spoke back to his problem: "How dare you talk against the God of Israel? I will fight against you because this battle belongs to God, and I have a covenant with God."

Now is the time for you to react with a joyful mind. Now is the time to turn on your joy. Now is the time to turn on your praise. Now is the time to lift up your hands and worship God. Now is the time to speak to your mountain. Now is the time to uproot problems in the name of Jesus. Now is the time to walk in faith. Now is the time to share your joy with others, even those who have rejected you.

The whole country was terrified and troubled, but one man came with the anointing of joy. Who told you that your problems will continue? Who told you that God's promises won't be fulfilled in your life? Who told you that your family will never be united?

"All your children will be taught by the LORD, and great will be their peace."— Isaiah 54:13

That's the promise we stand on.


The Peace That Guards Your Heart and Mind

"Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God."— Philippians 4:6

There's one thing you should always do, rejoice and one thing you should never do, be anxious. Instead, with thanksgiving, make your requests known to God.

When you rejoice in the Lord always and refuse anxiety, replacing it with praise and glorifying God, the peace of God will protect you:

"And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus."— Philippians 4:7

Your heart and mind will not be troubled, and your imagination will focus on God's Word and what Jesus has done.


Think About These Things

"Finally, brothers and sisters, whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable—if anything is excellent or praiseworthy—think about such things."— Philippians 4:8

This was Joseph's secret to success, living without revenge or anxiety.

What is truth? You are healed by His stripes. Your children are signs and wonders. Jesus has done everything on the cross. God has blessed you with all blessings. You are chosen by God. God is in your midst. Think about these things. Imagine these things. Put your imagination in motion and focus on God's promises. Rejoice about how you'll overcome challenges and defeat your Goliaths.


I Can Do All Things

When your thinking centers on what is true, honorable, just, pure, lovely, and commendable, when you focus on excellence and things worthy of praise—then the joy of the Lord becomes your strength. That's why Paul wrote:

"I can do all things through him who strengthens me."— Philippians 4:13

The joy of the Lord is your strength.

Let the activation mode be on. Activate your joy. The joy of the Lord is your strength. Now is the time. Now the season has started. Faith is now. You will see mighty things in Jesus' name.


Conclusion

The journey of faith requires more than passive hope—it demands active participation in God's joy. When you understand that the joy of the Lord is your strength and that you must activate this joy, you step into a realm of spiritual power that transcends human limitations. This isn't about forcing happiness or denying reality; it's about tapping into the divine source that sustains you through every challenge.

Your word is becoming explosive in your heart, more powerful than any worldly power. With renewed mind and heart, you can be glad and rejoicing, receiving a double portion of blessing. Let the activation mode be on. Activate your joy. The joy of the Lord is your strength. Now the season has started. Faith is now. You will see mighty things in Jesus' name.

Prayer

Heavenly Father, thank You for the truth that Your joy is my strength. Help me to not remain passive but to actively choose to walk in the joy You've placed within me. When circumstances try to steal my peace, remind me that I have the power to activate Your joy. Let this divine joy become the source of supernatural strength that carries me through every challenge. In Jesus' name, Amen.
